Papa Roach  The Vacaville band formed in 1993, and played locally at shows here in Sacramento and in the cities of San Francisco and Berekely. After playing larger shows with nationally touring artists such as Incubus, Snot, Sevendust, and Powerman 5000, Papa Roach became a crowd favorite. The Band hit the music charts after the release of Infest in 2000, and their video Last Resort on MTV. The guys have played shows at home to benefit a homeless shelter and Vacaville High's band program, and continue to play around the world into 2009. Recent albums have received good reviews and the music is more uplifting, still rocks hard, and the lyrics have matured even venturing into politics.
