The downtown theater in historic Sutter Creek hosts a variety of events that include music, theater, film, and themed events. The 200+ seat theatre was built in 1920 and has the rustic charm of the Sierra foothill town settled during the gold rush. It was recently renovated and now has the comforts of a modern venue. There are food & drinks available at a cafe and bar in the theatre building. More restaurants, lodging, and shopping are within walking distance, and beautiful wineries are a close drive.
